• Submission Process As Easy As 1-2-3

  • A complete Submission Package includes:

  • STEP ONE -For App Only Transactions (Equipment Acquisitions $1,000 to $25,000):

    • Signed Credit Application (All owners with more than 10% ownership)
    • Credit Bureau (s)
    • Invoice & Equipment Specs
    • 3 Months Bank Statements

    Additionally, for Equipment Transactions over $25,000 also require the following items:

    • Facilities List along with Proof of Ownership
    • Transaction Summary
    • Personal Financial Statement
    • 2 years Business and Personal Tax Returns (in some cases 3 years required)
    • 2 years Full Business Financials (In some cases 3 years required)
    • Interim Statements
  • STEP TWO – As soon as you submit your application, a Maximus leasing specialist will contact you (usually within 24hrs.) in order to help you select the structure that makes the most sense for your company – or create a custom program just for your company’s special needs.

    STEP THREE – After you select the equipment you want – and the vendor you want to deal with – Maximus will handle all arrangements, provide complete lease documentation and insure that you get the best possible pricing and quick delivery. We will then pay your vendor promptly and begin the lease term.
